Above Ground Pools Canada operates exclusively online, with our headquarters based in Toronto and two fulfillment centres located in Ontario to efficiently serve customers across the country.

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail location.

As a direct-to-consumer, family-owned business, we’re able to pass those savings directly on to you, without compromising on service. Our knowledgeable team is always here to help and just a phone call or email away.

Our team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. During peak seasons, response times may be slightly longer, but we always work to get back to you as quickly as possible.

At this time, we do not provide installation or pool maintenance services.

However, our blog features detailed how-to guides to help you every step of the way. If you have questions about a product or need guidance, our team is always happy to assist, just give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.

Yes, we offer free shipping across Canada on all orders over $99. In addition, all of our pools and equipment ship free, regardless of order value

Orders of $99 or more ship free anywhere in Canada.

For orders under $99, a flat rate of $9.99 applies within Ontario and $19.99 for all other provinces.

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. During peak season, processing times may extend to up to 2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes between 2–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Larger items shipped via ground freight may take approximately 7–10 business days to arrive.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

For larger items requiring freight service, we partner with carriers like National Fast Freight and GLS for LTL shipments.

New and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to an error on our part.

However, we’re happy to provide a prepaid return label at our discounted shipping rates, the cost will simply be deducted from your refund for added convenience.

Yes, many of our above ground pools are compatible with saltwater systems. Browse our Pools page to find the option that’s right for your backyard.

Once you’ve selected your pool model and size, you can choose the package that best fits your needs.

Our Essential Package includes everything you need to get started. The Platinum Package builds on that with added features and upgrades to make ownership and maintenance even easier.

For a more tailored setup, our Custom Package allows you to select the accessories and equipment you want, so you get exactly what you need, without paying for anything you don’t.

We do not offer subscription services at this time.

However, our seasonal chemical kits are a convenient way to stay stocked all season long, check them out for an easy, all-in-one solution.

We prioritize Canadian-made products whenever possible. Most of our pools are manufactured in Canada, along with a large selection of our equipment.

We do our best to keep products available throughout the season, but some items may sell out sooner than expected.

If a product is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be notified as soon as it becomes available again. In the meantime, feel free to contact us, our pool experts are happy to recommend comparable alternatives.
